Can I change my date?
Absolutely! As long as you notify me at least 30 days in advance, you can reschedule your project without any extra charges.
What happens if I need to cancel?
In the event that you need to cancel withing 30 days, there may be a payment requirement for custom items. However, I strive to accommodate clients to the best of my ability!
How is billing handled?
To secure a project, I request a 50% initial payment with approval of the draft design. The remaining 50% must be settled at job completion.
Do you do all of the work yourself?
Depending on the project size, details and schedule, I may contract partners to assist or complete certain aspects of a job.
Would it be possible to receive an invoice for my purchase?
